The House

Our rooms are clean and comfortable and most are ensuite. Tea and coffee making facilities are available along with Free WiFi & Freeview TV. Free off-street parking right outside our home.

The Food

Full English Breakfast or Smoked Salmon/Scrambled Egg along with a selection of Fruit, Cereals, Yoghurts, treats tray, specialist Tea selection box, fruit juices. All served in our Breakfast room. Allergies/ Intolerances catered for on request.

Local Area

Lee-on-the-Solent has a wonderful promenade to walk along, from where you can see the Isle of Wight and all the activity on the water. There are pubs, restaurants and cafes along the seafront, as well as other eateries in the high street.

Location

Solent Airport (HMS Daedalus) is a 20 minute walk away, where there is a hovercraft museum. Half an hour drive to Southampton or Portsmouth. Gosport is a 10-minute drive / Bus stop outside the B&B has a regular service locally & to the pedestrian ferry.

Great Location

The beach and town are a few minutes walk away, offering a selection of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. You may use our dining room to eat take away food here if you would like to. Solent Airport (HMS Deadalus) is 20 minutes walk away.

What a find! I’d like to keep it a secret but it wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful hosts Carol and Jeremy. Beautiful guest house, our triple room was perfect, spacious and the interior decorations were a calming sea and beach theme carried through the house. Beds were very comfortable and the linen fresh and crisp. Big en-suite shower room, and toiket with supplied body wash, shampoo etc. and lovely towels. We had bikes with us and they secured them and covered them for safety and then parked their car in a way that the bikes were hidden. The breakfast was amazing - made by two ladies that helped and they were attentive and just lovely to chat to. Next time we aim to stay longer - a true home from home. Note this for your trips.
